The fall 2008 semester housing license begin on August 20, 2008 for all graduate students.

North and South Hall divides the floors by gender with four mens floors and two womens floors.

The first rent installment is due upon move in the amount of the full month`s rent or the per day fee. If you move-in on the 1st day thorugh the 15th day of the month you will pay the full month`s rent installment. If you move-in on the 16th day of the month to the last day of the month you pay the per day fee. Rent installments are not pro-rated upon moving out of North Hall.

All womens rooms have been pre-leased; Only mens rooms are available to lease.
