The spring 2009 semester housing license begins on January 14, 2009 for all graduate students.

North and South Hall divides the floors by gender with four men's floors and two women's floors.

The first rent installment is due upon move in the amount of the full month's rent or the per day fee. If you move-in on the 1st day through the 15th day of the month you will pay the full month's rent installment. If you move-in on the 16th day of the month to the last day of the month you pay the per day fee. Rent installments are not pro-rated upon moving out of North Hall.

All Single Occupancy rooms have been pre-leased. Rental rates subject to change as of August 1, 2009.
